MAKING PAYMENTS

The following is a list of acceptable methods of payment:

A. Cash or Money Order
B. Check (not accepted after 21 days prior to trip)
C. Cashier’s Check (from the bank)
D. Western Union Quick Collect By Credit Card On Line

You will need the following information to fill out the Western Union form:
Pay To: Eastern Light Getaways
Code City : EASTERNLIGHT
State: PA

2. Be sure your name, e-mail address and who you are rooming with and account number (you will need to get this # from your sales rep) are correctly written in the notes.

Reference Number = your trip’s account number

3. The cost of the transaction is determined by the amount you are sending. Fee amounts are provided when you begin processing your payment.

To Use Quick Collect, Follow These Easy Steps:

1. Call 1-800-325-6000 to locate the Western Union Agent nearest you.
2. At the agent location, fill in the blue Quick Collect Payment Form completely, including the following information:

Code City : EASTERNLIGHT
State: PA

3. Be sure your name, e-mail address and who you are rooming with and account number (you will need to get this # from your sales rep) are correctly written on the form.

Reference Number = your trip’s account number

4. This CASH transaction will cost you only $12.95. It will ensure same-day receipt of your payment and proper credit to your account - your payment arrives in our office within MINUTES!
