How many people do I need to run a trip?
There is no minimum requirement, however if you bring 23 or more paying guests, you'll receive 1 FREE trip and other group leader benefits.  For each additional 23 passengers, you will receive an additional FREE weekend for one (based on double occupancy).

If I don't fill my bus, do I have to cancel my trip?
No.  Eastern Light Getaways will combine your group with another group to share the bus ride to the Hotel/Resort.

What's my responsibility as a trip organizer?
You are responsible for passing out the flyers and advertising the trip.  Also, you will collect deposits from each passenger who signs up, maintain the room/bus list and collect and forward all balances due to Eastern Light Getaways.  Our experienced sales staff will work with you throughout this process.

How do I make a reservation for my group?
Simply submit this short information request form or call 800-237-7547.  An Eastern Light Getaways sales representative will then assist you in selecting the right date and location for your group.  Within a few days Eastern Light Getaways will produce and ship to your attention promotional flyers.

How much money should I add on as my profit?
Your sales representative will go over the rates with you and help you decide how much money you want to add on.  We can assist you in making a substantial profit.
